TIMES EDU TERMS OF SERVICE

Within the scope of these Terms of Service, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to TIMES EDU, a website providing English tutoring services for international education programmes.

By accessing Times.edu.vn, registering to receive consultation, or submitting applications and documents for Visa processing, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (collectively, the “Terms of Service”). TIMES EDU reserves the right to use the information you provide to contact you.

1/ Information Reception Hours

We receive enquiries 24/7 through the following channels and according to the schedule below:

From 8:15 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, and from 8:15 AM to 11:30 AM on Saturday, we receive all customer enquiries via telephone, hotline, email, online chat, etc.
Outside the above working hours, we receive enquiries via our hotline or email. TIMES EDU will respond during the next working period.

2/ Order Processing Time

Order processing time refers to the period TIMES EDU requires to receive and process an order.

The processing time is calculated from the time TIMES EDU receives the order from the Customer and is determined based on the time recorded on the receipt issued by the employee designated by TIMES EDU and acknowledged by the Customer during the handover process.

In special cases where urgent services are required, we will provide specific consultation before recommending the most suitable option to the Customer.

Regulations on Fees:

Tutoring Fee: the fee charged by TIMES EDU for each order in relation to the services TIMES EDU provides to the Customer.
Shipping Fee: the cost of delivering books to the Customer. This fee depends on the relevant supplier.

1/ Payment

All fees associated with each order may be paid either in full in a single payment or in multiple instalments.

We accept the following payment methods:

Direct Payment at our office or through an employee designated by TIMES EDU. Upon payment, the Customer will receive an invoice (or receipt) signed by the accountant and the recipient and stamped with our company seal.
Bank Transfer: Payment must be made to the company bank account provided to the Customer via email or fax. After making the payment, the Customer is requested to send an image or copy of the bank transfer confirmation by email to the consultant or attach it to the Customer’s documents during the handover process.
Credit Card Payment: A payment link will be provided by a TIMES EDU consultant upon the Customer’s request via email. After payment has been made, the consultant will send an email confirming receipt of the payment and arrange a schedule for document collection.

2/ Service Cancellation and Return of Documents / Fees

If the Customer wishes to cancel the service for any reason before submitting documents to us, the Customer will not be required to pay any compensation fee.

The Customer has the right to cancel the service without incurring any fees if TIMES EDU has not yet confirmed its acceptance and agreement to provide the service to the Customer.

3/ Confidentiality

TIMES EDU provides a high level of security for registration and information encryption on the TIMES EDU website. We take all reasonable precautions to protect the Customer’s personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, or alteration.

TIMES EDU is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal information, identity information, financial information, and sponsorship information provided by the Customer. Such information and documents will not be disclosed to any third party. Only the Customer and persons authorised by the Customer may request access to the Customer’s applications, documents, and academic results.

We shall not be held responsible if the Customer or a person authorised by the Customer provides information to a third party or sends documents to an address, email address, or person who has not been officially designated by us.
