A student is officially enrolled only after all of the following conditions are met:

A trial lesson and/or diagnostic is an important step in identifying the student’s needs, current level, and appropriate learning pathway. A trial may be:

Tuition is determined by the program, academic level, class format, and number of lessons purchased. Larger packages generally offer a more favorable per-lesson rate.

Tuition includes teaching, basic learning management, and standard academic operations. However, tuition does not automatically include requests outside the standard scope:

If the next installment is not paid by the due date, Times Edu may pause lessons, release the current teacher/time slot, and resume services only after the outstanding balance is paid in full.

Times Edu does not normally allow tuition balances to remain outstanding. Exceptions apply only with written management approval, a specific payment deadline, and a clear commitment.

Times Edu prioritizes packages of 12 / 18 / 36 / 72 lessons. Shorter packages have a higher per-lesson rate; longer packages offer a more favorable rate but require a larger upfront payment.

Each learning package has the following maximum validity period:

After the applicable validity period, unused lessons expire unless an approved suspension applies.

Learning packages are designed to maintain academic progress, not to reserve a teacher indefinitely. Excessive extensions increase opportunity costs and reduce operational efficiency.

When proper notice is given, Times Edu will support make-up scheduling within this policy. For an unannounced absence, Times Edu is not required to arrange a make-up lesson.

Requests beyond the limit may be declined or accepted subject to an administrative fee at Times Edu’s discretion.

If a teacher or Times Edu initiates a schedule change, the lesson will be fully made up or rescheduled by agreement. This is the only case in which Times Edu is responsible for preserving the full lesson entitlement.

A package may be suspended only for a valid reason:

A suspension request must be submitted in writing before the package expires.

Each package may be suspended 01 time.

Times Edu may apply a fixed suspension fee, or allow only the remaining lesson balance to be suspended (without reserving the teacher or time slot). After suspension, Times Edu does not guarantee the same teacher, time slot, previous promotional rate, or group class.

This principle applies to all paid learning packages, regardless of the number of lessons used or unused. Reasons include:

Instead of a refund, Times Edu allows parents/students to transfer unused lessons to an eligible family member. This provides a flexible way to preserve learning value without disrupting Times Edu’s operations.

A package may be transferred to a family member only when all of the following conditions are met:

When a package is transferred, the transferable balance is the number of unused lessons as of the time Times Edu approves the request. The following lessons are excluded from the transfer balance:

The recipient does not automatically inherit the following benefits from the original package:

Times Edu may apply an administrative transfer fee to cover rescheduling, the recipient’s initial consultation, and other resulting operational costs. The applicable fee will be communicated when the request is processed.

Times Edu proactively discusses re-enrollment when a student has completed approximately 70–80% of the package. Early re-enrollment helps retain the teacher, maintain study momentum, and avoid interruptions.

Times Edu commits to providing services within the agreed scope: teaching, learning progress monitoring, pathway consultation, and academic support within the learning package. Operations follow the principles of clear scope, clear responsibilities, and clear payment conditions.

Learning outcomes depend on the student’s starting level, level of cooperation, study frequency, time remaining before the examination, completion of assignments, and adherence to the recommended pathway.

These policies take effect when the parent/student confirms registration and makes payment. Payment is deemed confirmation that the parent/student has read, understood, and agreed to all provisions of these policies.
