How important is AS Level to the final A Level grade?
AS (Year 12) usually counts for ~50% of the total A Level grade. A weak AS drags down the final result and affects conditional university offers. So close tutoring from AS matters more than many realise.
My child just moved up from IGCSE and finds A Level much harder?
Yes — the IGCSE→AS jump in depth and thinking is large. A 1-1 teacher bridges this gap and prevents falling behind in the first term — the period that sets the momentum for both years.
What does the tuition include?

Is 1-1 or small-group more effective?
It depends on the student's goals and personality. 1-1 fast progress, detailed error correction. Small groups add interaction and healthy competition. Listed tuition applies to online 1-1; in-person 1-1 is priced higher. An advisor recommends the best model after the assessment.
Can tuition be adjusted? What about VAT?
