Every Times Edu plan includes: a diagnostic assessment, a personalised roadmap, a subject-specialist teacher who knows the syllabus, and the right to switch teachers at any time at no cost.
Refund guarantee applies to plans of 18 sessions or more — full 100% refund if you are not satisfied after the first official session. The 4-session and 12-session plans are positioned as trial and short-term plans and do not include this guarantee.
Progress reports and study materials — Detailed periodic reports and full access to the question bank and topical materials are activated from the 18-session plan. The 12-session plan includes an end-of-course report and foundational materials for the chosen roadmap. The 4-session plan focuses on the assessment and a condensed roadmap.
Mock Exams are offered as a separately-billed service (see "Upgrade services"), not included by default — giving you flexibility to match the number of mocks to your actual exam schedule.

My child is young — is 1-1 online effective and focused enough?
For primary, Times Edu pairs teachers experienced with young children — interactive, lively sessions that hold attention. 1-1 is actually more effective for young children because the teacher adjusts the pace to each child.
From what age should a child start Cambridge Primary?
You can start at Stage 1 (around age 5–6). Starting early builds academic English and solid thinking, with a smooth transition to Lower Secondary then IGCSE later — a big long-term advantage.
What does the tuition include?
Listed tuition includes all exclusive materials and coursebooks, the question bank (past papers, mark schemes), periodic progress reports and platform access for as long as the package is valid. No hidden fees.
Can I trial before enrolling in a package?
Yes. After the placement assessment, Times Edu arranges a trial session with the proposed teacher. The student only commits to a package after trying it and feeling it fits.
What if the teacher isn't the right fit?
Students can request a teacher change at any time. Times Edu re-matches on feedback and assigns a better-fitting teacher right away — no swap fee. The goal is the right person, not keeping the same person.
Can I pay tuition in instalments?
Absolutely. Times Edu supports splitting tuition by milestone or by term. Contact an advisor to design a payment schedule that suits your family.
Is 1-1 or small-group more effective?
It depends on the student's goals and personality. 1-1 fast progress, detailed error correction. Small groups add interaction and healthy competition. Listed tuition applies to online 1-1; in-person 1-1 is priced higher. An advisor recommends the best model after the assessment.
